Our IP Partners and Associates recently participated in the 20th General Assembly and the 74th & 75th Council Meetings of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association in Singapore. The events provided valuable insights and networking opportunities, strengthening our commitment to excellence in the field.
ILCT was proud to co-sponsor an upcoming Tech M&A online workshop organized by Corum Group. This 90-minute Merge Briefing seminar allowed attendees to hear from former CEOs and market experts as they covered market trends, recent transactions, valuation, and due diligence landmines, alongside other topics. The workshop was insightful and interactive. We were delighted to connect with more individuals from outside Bangkok. Following the event, we have been discussing more collaboration with the Corum Group.
ILCT’s participation in the 2023 Annual Internship Fairs for University Students was rewarding and insightful for our team. We have now shortlisted the candidates for our 2024 summer internship program and are excited to welcome them to our offices next year. We would like to thank both Thammasat and Chula Law departments for organizing such helpful networking events, alongside the ALSA committee, which also hosted an internship fair. ILCT looks forward to participating in more of these events.
Khun Palawi Bunnag, our valued partner, delivered an enlightening tax presentation at the BeLuThai Chamber of Commerce. ILCT has withstood the test of time for more than half a century before reaching the present milestone.
Our continued professional success is attributable to our ability to adapt to the changing business and legal environments. We have seamlessly moved from the age of paper- pushers to a digitized world of boundless opportunities. Opportunities that require a lot of energy and perseverance to capture. Never before have business and technology outpaced the law to such an extent. We now live in a surreal world of AI and the difficulties of reconciling this with the old world reality are beyond anyone’s grasp. Business law is in a state of flux, trying to keep pace with sophisticated and innovative business transactions; ILCT is at the leading edge of these developments. Our team comprises the cream of Thai universities. Many of our team members have studied abroad for their second law degrees which exposed them to different cultures and new approaches to problem-solving. Generations and generations of lawyers have walked the halls of ILCT, reminding one of the saying by Sir Edward Coke: “Out of auld fields must spring and grow the new Corne”.
We are also very grateful to our clients and friends without whose help and collaboration we would not have come this far. We look forward to receiving their continued patronage and assistance for our, as well as their success and prosperity in the next half century and beyond.

We believe that the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA), which came into effect on June 1, 2022, is necessary for everyone to recognize and understand in the course of performing his or her daily activities. Therefore, on the occasion of the ILCT’s 56th anniversary, we have organized a webinar entitled “PDPA Regulation Overview” for clients and other interested persons. In this webinar we will present an overview of the PDPA Act, its principles and practical guidelines, as well as other relevant laws and regulations.
