ILCT Ltd. (ILCT), first established as a Registered Ordinary Partnership in Thailand in 1966, went through many transformations under different names. We are currently registered as a limited company under Thai law, providing full service in the areas of business and investment laws, specializing in cross-border transactions.

Our practice area is divided into General Practice, Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution (litigation and arbitration). See our Practice Area Description.

Our firm is registered as “Grade A” Thai Consultant, No. 825, Legal Services, with the Thai Consultant Database Center, Ministry of Finance, entitling us to bid for public projects.
