History and Profile

ILCT Intellectual Property Practice Group ("ILCT IP”) was established in 1966 and ranked by major reliable legal publishers including but not limited to Legal 500, World Trademark Review, ASIA IP and Managing IP as one of Thailand's leading law firms specializing in Intellectual Property Laws and Practice. Over 5 decades of providing a complete range of legal services relating to Intellectual Property matters in Thailand, we currently extend our services to Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam and worldwide. Our IP Practice Group now comprises of 23 IP practitioners. Among them are Patent Specialists with a specific technical background in various fields who can assist the clients in drafting, reviewing and translating the patent specification across wide sectors of business. Our IP attorneys and Patent Specialists have extensive expertise which allows them to advise clients effectively on intellectual property matters. We also keep abreast of the global legal business arena through our membership of various international and well-recognizable organizations. Our representatives typically attend major gatherings of intellectual property practitioners worldwide, including INTA, AIPPI, APAA and ASEAN IPA.
