Patent Specialist

Dr. Rachan Klaysri is a Patent Specialist at ILCT focusing on patent prosecution, patent analysis, and patent strategy. He holds Bachelor’s and Ph.D. degrees in Chemical Engineering, as well as a Law degree. He is also a licensed lawyer in Thailand. Prior to joining the legal profession, Dr. Rachan conducted advanced research in chemical engineering and nanotechnology at leading research institutions, developing extensive experience in scientific innovation and technology development. He began his patent career by reviewing patent specifications, utilising his technical background and language expertise to bridge complex inventions with legal requirements. Currently, Dr. Rachan focuses on patent prosecution matters, including responding to office actions, preparing arguments, and developing prosecution strategies for clients across various industries. His interdisciplinary background enables him to provide practical and strategic solutions at the intersection of technology and patent law.
