Thammawat Pholsiri
Thammawat is the head of ILCT’s real estate/land department. Having been practicing law for more than 33 years, he has extensive experience in land and factory matters. His expertise involves transaction of properties and lands, ranging from the purchase and/or sale of high-end properties, such as: pool villas, condominiums, hotels, resorts, agricultural lands and industrial estates.
He possesses in-depth knowledge of zoning and environmental related regulations and laws. He is well-versed in conducting due diligence investigations for lands and other real estate properties across Thailand. His extensive field works had allowed him to establish close working relationship with local land and administration offices, ensuring that the transactions can be completed smoothly.
For factory related matters, he has hands-on experience in registering titles and mortgage of machinery, obtaining approval for the establishment, operation and expansion of factories. Whole also able to prepare documents for conveyancing, registration of leases and mortgages. He is undoubtedly one of the Thailand’s leading experts in the field. He is also extremely knowledgeable in real estate investment trust (REIT) transfers.
Mr. Thammawat is also a special lecturer in the Real Estate law at Chulalongkorn University. He is undoubtedly one of the country’s leading experts in his field of practice.
