Paktima graduated from Thammasat University (2nd Hons) and received her Master’s degree from Maurer School of Law, Indiana University (Partial Scholarship.) Her area of focus lies in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She has worked on a substantial number of cases ranging from civil, commercial, criminal, labor, and family disputes both in the jurisdiction of the Thai courts and the arbitration institute. She also has extensive experience in working with foreign-based clients and assisting them with cross-border disputes, such as breach of joint venture, investment contracts and tort, and also experienced in advising foreign ex-pats living in Thailand on a number of family and inheritance matters.
