LENA SUKPRASONGPHOL

Lena is an associate with academic training in both Thailand and the United Kingdom. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Dundee, an LL.B. from Ramkhamhaeng University, and an LL.M. from Chulalongkorn University.

Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and employment law. She also has experience in real estate transactions and advises on applications for Foreign Business Licenses.
