Denpong Pitthayamaythakul
Denpong graduated with an LLB in Business Law from Prince of Songkla University and obtained an LLM in Intellectual Property from Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom. He is currently an associate at ILCT Ltd. in Bangkok. Denpong has extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution, including alternative dispute resolution. He has previously worked in the same department at a top-tier law firm in Thailand and has also served leading Chinese and Singaporean law firms that operate in Thailand.
Denpong has handled numerous dispute claims for Thai public companies and has represented significant cases in arbitration and court proceedings as an attorney for Chinese public companies and state enterprises. More specifically, he has represented clients in arbitration proceedings at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the Thai Justice Court. His work experience encompasses disputes related to commercial laws, real estate laws, international trade law, shipping, cargo claims, transportation, insurance, etc.
