Profile

Supachai Arunthamsakul

Supachai specialized in legal works such as: corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) including tender offer, finance and banking and various kinds securities related works. Moreover, he is also well-versed in debt securities issues, public offerings of shares outside Thailand, for example: American Depositary Shares (ADSs), Global Depositary Shares (GDSs) and Taiwan Depositary Receipts (TDRs) related matters. His corporate works involves project financing, corporate listing, securities related regulatory works, debt restructuring and remediation proceeding.  He also Served as a legal supervisor for the Stock Exchange of Thailand from 1993 to 1998.

On multiple occasions, he had assisted countless well-known companies in corporate restructuring, IPO, SPO and PP. He is one of Thailand’s finest expert in securities and securities related works.
