The Thailand Business Legal Handbook is a summary of laws and regulations relevant to doing business in Thailand. It is the work ILCT has been producing for nearly 40 years. The first edition was prepared at the request of the United States Operations Mission to Thailand (USOM). Subsequent editions were prepared at the request of the Thailand Board of Investment. The Handbook, currently, the 11th edition, published in September 2009, consists of 25 chapters, 259 pages. It is the most completed and detailed business legal handbook that has ever been produced. The book is on sale (1,500.- Baht) at ILCT.
