INTERNATIONAL LEGAL COUNSELLORS THAILAND (ILCT)

is the lead office of the multi-domestic law firm, ILC Asia L.L.C. (ILC). ILC has four offices in Asia and concentrates solely on Asia related work. These offices are: Bangkok, Thailand; Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; and Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C. The firm was founded in 1966 in Thailand and became known as Russin & Vecchi and expanded to nine offices in various countries under the Russin & Vecchi L.L.P. (R&V) names, including those now a part of ILC. As at the beginning of 1998, R&V was restructured and ILC was formed, with the other former R&V offices then becoming independent entities. All former R&V offices, including those now constituting ILC, remain in alliance.

ILC remains a multi-domestic firm in the best sense of the word, with partners of various nationalities.
